Green Pastures provides a way for you to order your favorite sweets, namkeens, Dry Fruits, nuts, bakery items, chocolates, gifts, etc., and other displayed items to get delivered from your chosen Sweetshop / vendor / manufacturer through our websites www.JioSweet.com and www.SweetJio.com
Vendor : A vendor is a seller who sells their products through our websites and they may be a Sweet Shop / manufacturer / franchisee / food aggregator / organization / an Enterprise / self supporting group or agency / channel partner
A vendor is extremely important to Green Pastures therefore, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of items ordered through this website, subject to paragraph 3.3 below, Green Pastures will assist you, wherever possible in seeking a refund from concerned vendor subject to a maximum of an amount equivalent to the value of the original product or item excluding shipment, taxes, gift packing, emotion card and other charges as applicable.
An important part of our quality control process is that consumers provide ratings and feedback on the website to reflect their experiences on their ordered items.
If any complaint to be logged then that complaint must be logged with our vendor only using the method described above within 24 hours after receiving the order.
The delivered date and time notified by our delivery partner to reach you at first instance will be taken into criteria as threshold parameters while dealing with refunds, complaints and other grievances.
You may access some areas of this website without making an order or registering your details with us. Most areas of this website are open to everyone.
By accessing any part of the website, you indicate that you accept these Website Terms. If you do not accept these Website Terms, you must leave this website immediately.
Green Pastures may revise these Website Terms at any time without a prior notice. You should check this website regularly to review the current Website Terms, because they are binding on you. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the website through your Internet connection are aware of these Website Terms and that they comply with them.

2. HOW AN ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED

Once you have selected your products from the menu displayed you will be given the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the "Place Order"or "Submit Order" button. It is important to note that you must check the displayed or entered information thoroughly and correct any errors before clicking on the "Place Order "or "submit order" button. Once you click on the button or an order has been submitted errors cannot be corrected or any changes to the order cannot be made.
If at any time prior to you clicking on the "Place Order "or "submit order "button, you may decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order then you should close the application window and clear out your cache.
On receipt of your payment, Green Pastures will begin processing your order with the vendor and a notification will be displayed showing that payment has been received and your order is being processed.
Where any payment you made was not authorized or not successful or not received by us then you will be returned to the homepage on the Website without any notification or error details and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.
Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorized you will not be able to cancel your order nor will you be entitled to a refund using the website.
Please contact our customer care by email shown on this website to amend or cancel the order details. Our support team will be able to assist you in amending or cancelling the order if it is possible.
Our support team or customer care will be available only from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 06PM excluding holidays and other days like strikes, bundhs, etc.
Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices will be as quoted on the website. These prices may exclude service charges, taxes and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due, where applicable.
The website contains a large number of menus and it is always possible that some of the menu items may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price for an order is higher than the price stated on our website then normally our support team will contact you before the order in question is dispatched. Green Pastures is under no obligation to ensure that the order is provided to you at the incorrect lower price or to compensate you in respect of incorrect pricing.
In the event that you have a complaint about the quality of food or service or items delivered by the vendor on the website then any compensation should be sought directly from the vendor only. Green Pastures is not able to provide refunds on behalf of the vendor and is not liable for any such refunds sought.
All complaints must be lodged initially with the vendor and, where appropriate, the vendor own complaint procedures should be followed before Green Pastures is able to respond to that complaint.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card or as stated on the website or in cash at the point of delivery to you.
A discount may apply to your order if you use a promotional code recognized by our website and endorsed by Green Pastures.
A promotional code or coupon code will be one time applicable and expirable in nature. Hence you should not reveal or share your code with others. Green Pastures will not be responsible or will not provide any discounts with such used or expired codes.
Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account or credit card.

4. LICENCE

You are permitted to print and download extracts from the website for your own personal use on the following basis:

You are not allowed to use any of the materials on the website or the Website itself for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from Green Pastures to do so.

5. SERVICE ACCESS

While Green Pastures tries to ensure the website is normally available twenty four (24) hours a day, Green Pastures will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the website; any transmission is at your own risk.

Green Pastures provide you with access to the website and our services on the basis that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including any conditions implied by law which but for these Website Terms might apply in relation to the website and the services that we provide).
You are responsible for the security of your password that you used to register with the website. Unless, Green Pastures negligently discloses your password to a third party, Green Pastures will not be liable for any unauthorized transaction entered into using your name and password.
Please note that, Green Pastures makes great effort to provide accurate information about item names, descriptions, prices, hot, cool& allergenic warnings on this website, the menus are ultimately provided by the Sweet Shops / vendor / manufacturer / franchisee. If you are in doubt about allergy warnings or contents of an item it is best to confirm with the sweet shop / vendor/ manufacturer / franchisee directly prior to ordering.

9. TERMINATION

Green Pastures may terminate or suspend (at our absolute discretion) your right to use the website and your use of the services immediately without prior notice to you in writing (including by email) if:
Green Pastures believes you have posted material in breach of paragraphs 6(ii) to 6(iv) (Visitor Material and Conduct);
Green Pastures believes that you have breached paragraphs 7(ii) to 7(iv) (Links to and from other websites); or
If you breach any other material terms of these Website Terms.
Upon termination or suspension you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the website.

10. LIABILITY

Green Pastures, and any of our group companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, wasted management or office time and whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable) in connection with our services, the website or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the website, any websites linked to the website or the material on these websites.
Green Pastures takes full responsibility for the content of the website and for the communication of orders to the Delivery Restaurants as set out in these Website Terms. Green Pastures's customer care team will, subject to your compliance with these Website Terms and cooperation, use all reasonable endeavors to resolve any issues arising from the submission of orders via the website including the processing of all credit or debit card refunds and charge backs where appropriate. However, please note that the legal contract for the supply and purchase of food and beverages is between you and the Delivery Restaurants that you place your order with. Green Pastures cannot give any undertaking that the food and beverages ordered from the Delivery sweet shops through the website will be of satisfactory quality and any such warranties are disclaimed by Green Pastures. Neither can Green Pastures give an undertaking that the estimated delivery and collection times stated on the website are accurate. These disclaimers do not affect your statutory rights against the Delivery sweet shop.
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from Green Pastures's negligence, nor Green Pastures's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Website Terms affects your statutory rights.
With the exception of any liability referred to in paragraph 10(iii) above, Green Pastures's total liability to you in relation to your use of the Website and the services that we provide including (but not limited) to liability for breach of these Website Terms and tort (including but not limited to negligence) is limited to an amount equivalent to twice the value of your order. v. If your use of material on the website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all associated costs.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Disputes arising in connection with these Website Terms (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at NELLORE, Andhra Pradesh (India).

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any of these terms and conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any contract.

18. DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

The images displayed or indicative in nature.
Actual product may vary in shape or size or design as per the availability.
The chosen delivery date is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Occasionally, substitution is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
Your gift / product / order may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
Green Pastures cannot be held responsible for the names, addresses, etc mentioned in the invoice.
Green Pastures doesn’t verify the names, addresses and contact details mentioned in the in voice
Green Pastures cannot be held responsible for the support, warranty, guaranty, purity, colors, sizes, shapes, weight, tastes, recopies, broken items, defects, etc. such related items may be deled personally with the vendor.
No refund in cases of Wrong address, door lock, address not traceable, refused delivery, delay in accepting delivery, natural calamities

19. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Store edible items in an air tight containers and store in refrigerator if necessary
check for the expiry date before each serve of food items
Green Pastures are vendor is not responsible for spoil of edible items which are not stored properly.
Please check the expiry date when the edible items got delivered.
Some edible items are to be consumed within 24 hours after opening the package. Necessary precautions s may be taken as per the edible item.

20. GIFTS

The image displayed is an indicative in nature
The actual product may vary in share or design or size or color and depends up on the availability. Green Pastures at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar or alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
Once order submitted personalized gifts cannot be altered. Amount will not be refunded if opted for cancellation.
Personalized content like images, text, etc are subject to restrictions, scrutiny of legal policies as defined by government, local bodies, authorities, judicial, etc.
No obscene, exploitation, pornography, adultery, sexual, indecent filthy,vulgur,rationalism,provoking,anti-social,terrorism,abuse,anti-governament,threatening,errotic,immoral,illegal,etc., and such similar personalized content will not be entertained. Such orders neither will be dispatched nor refunded.
Posting of personalized content is the sole responsible of the user.
Green Pastures will not be held responsible for the personalized gift received or delivered containing personalized content which is in the manner of obscene content. Such cases may be dealed personally with the sender mentioned in building address

21. Green Pastures VOUCHER (PROMOTIONAL CODE) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Vouchers can be redeemed against online orders only.
Please note that change is not given should your order value be less than the face value of the voucher.
Limited to one voucher per transaction, you can use your vouchers to claim money off the basket total of your order at the checkout.
In the event redemptions made per voucher code exceed the limit, the voucher will automatically expire regardless of the expiry date.
Green Pastures reserve the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to add additional terms and conditions in relation to the voucher code.
